NETWORK GOALS

Build stronger teaching and learning communities within and across schools and districts in the network that lead to improved instructional practices and raise student achievement.
Create state-of-the-art, technology supported, distance-delivery formats for programs and professional development.
Develop a network-based induction and mentoring program that spans the career arc for teachers and principals.
Build instructional leadership capacity for both teachers and principals that supports standards-based practices within schools in the network.
Strengthen the ties among partner districts to support culturally responsive teaching and learning for all students, with particular emphasis on Alaska Natives.
