The Bachelor of Science, Technology (BST) is a degree completion program for students who have earned an AAS (or a minimum of 45 related technical credits) from a regio
nally accredited institution and wish to pursue a baccalaureate degree. The BST offers a career pathway for technicians and professionals preparing for leadership positions. Students complete a common core of advanced technical and management courses, and they work with a faculty advisor to choose technical, quantitative, and natural science courses that prepare them to advance in their fields. Students may opt to focus their program of study through the business emphasis for a total of 129 credits required. The degree without a business emphasis option requires 120 credits. Government agencies, school districts, corporations, and business and industry provide a ready market for graduates of this program.
