Transcripts: The Transcripts Department of the University is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of your academic records.
Official Transcripts: An official transcript is a proofread transcript with the official signature and seal of the University. Need for an official versus unofficial copy of your transcripts varies.
The University of Alaska Anchorage maintains the academic records for the following campuses:
- University of Alaska, Anchorage
- Anchorage Community College (ACC)
- Kodiak Community College
- Kenai Peninsula Community College
- Matanuska-Susitna Community College
- Prince William Sound Community College (pre 1988)
- Adak Extension Center
- Shemya Extension Center
As a service to students, requests for transcripts from UAF and UAS will be forwarded to that university via Electronic Mail, at no additional charge. However, we can not guarantee a specific processing time once the request has been forwarded. Each university will send transcripts separately (UAF and UAS transcripts are not available for pick up at UAA). If you need 24-hour processing or have questions or problems concerning your request from another university, please contact them directly.
Please note: Official transcripts will include; Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional (500) level courses. Non-credit and/or Continuing Education courses will NOT be included unless noted in 'Enrollment/Degree Information'.

- Expedited shipping-MUST attach prepaid addressed envelopes for Priority, FedEx, Express mail, etc. to the request form.
- UAA does not accept official transcript requests by fax nor fax transcripts on student's behalf.
Submit UAA Transcript Request Forms in person to the University Center, 3901 Old Seward Hwy., Anchorage, Alaska, or mail to University of Alaska Anchorage, PO Box 141629, Anchorage, Alaska 99514-1629.
All fees can be paid by check, money order or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
The University of Alaska Anchorage cannot guarantee shipping times for expedited shipping orders.
