All correspondence with students regarding degree completion, commencement, and diplomas will occur through your student UAA e-mail account only. Please make sure you are able to receive e-mails and that you check them often.

You must be fully admitted to the degree/certificate prior to applying for graduation. Applications received prior to full admission will not be processed or refunded.

You may not apply to graduate in the same term that you are formally admitted. Any applications received in error will be automatically rolled to the next available semester.

Students must apply by appropriate deadlines and pay associated fees. Charges for online applications will be automatically charged to the student's account. Make sure to pay via UAOnline promptly in order to avoid any accounting holds which may impact registration and/or graduation.
